I love Alka Green! I’ve been using it for over six years as a morning pick-up and also as a recovery drink after my training workouts. I have found that Alka Green gives me more energy, helps me feel more clear-headed, and helps me have a better outlook on life. I mix about 3 teaspoons of Alka Green Powder with about 10 ounces of orange juice or apple cider. When I travel, I don’t want the hassle of having to make a drink, so I take the tablet version of Alka Green instead. I take about 10 tablets a day this way.
