Been using for a couple months now. I give it to my kids because I want them to gt enough veggies in their diet. It’s beeen super easy and they’ve been much more calm now after taking Alka Green. Funny thing is: it gives me more energy! And yet it seems to make them less hyper. A win-win I say!

I mix about 3 teaspoons of Alka Green Powder with about 10 ounces of orange juice or apple cider. When I travel, I don’t want the hassle of having to make a drink, so I take the tablet version of Alka Green instead. I take about 10 tablets a day this way.
